Indian Premier League is Postponed due to coronavirus

image: BCCI

The 14th edition of the Indian Premier league is postponed after a few players from the Kolkata Knight Riders and a few staff members from Chennai Super Kings tested positive for coronavirus.

The BCCI announced that the tournament will be paused momentarily and they will provide safe passage for all the players and the supporting staff to reach their homes.

Currently, there is no word on when the tournament would be resumed.

In my personal opinion, the tournament will be postponed for at least 3 months and might move away from India to complete the remaining half of the tournament.
